You will stay in a 3-4*+ accommodation for the duration of your stay.
All of the rooms have Aircon. During most months of the year, Bali has a tropical climate and the Summer months are much hotter and more humid than the winter months.
Bali Takeover is a party holiday. We welcome guests of all backgrounds and ages (provided you are above the age of 18) but please be aware that this is not everyone’s idea of a perfect holiday.
Whilst there will be relaxing days, there will also be late nights, lots of partying and adventures well into the early hours of the morning.
Before applying to take part in Bali Takeover, please understand that it’s a party experience. It isn’t a luxury holiday, and one of our main focuses is to give you the ultimate party experience in Bali. We can not guarantee you will have a relaxing time.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all accommodation and widely available across all events. We can also arrange for you to have a sim card on arrival. Please speak to you rep upon arrival for this service.
For about 1.20 GBP per kilo (approx. 2.25 lbs) local laundry services will wash your clothes early morning and return them washed and neatly pressed the following afternoon.
Yes, whilst we have LOTS of organised events and excursions, you also have plenty of free time to explore the island independently. We can also recommend things for you to do in your free time, please speak to your rep who’ll be happy to organise these for you.
Yes, you will get time to travel around Bali & Indonesia after Takeover if you wish. If you would like recommendations or help arranging travel please speak with your rep in resort.
We get this question a lot and the simple answer is, it really depends on you. Indonesia is one of the most affordable countries you will ever visit and you can visit the country on a budget. However, we advise bringing spending money based on your own buying habits. If you would like an idea of how much things cost please get in touch.
Yes, 90% of our guests travel solo and make friends for life on Bali Takeover!
You’ll also be added into a group for your specific travel dates with everyone else that is going, well in advance.
You’ll need enough clothes to cover the ten days and swimwear for the Island hopping and pool party days, remember Indonesia is a VERY hot country so pack summer wear and your flip-flops!
This is a proper party holiday so also pack going out clothes and be prepared for the foam party!

Passport: A full passport valid for the duration of your stay is required. Please check that you still have at least 6 months left in your passport from the time you arrive in Thailand.
Visa: For visitors from most Western countries that are arriving in Indonesia by air and are staying for 30 days or less, no visa is normally required to be obtained prior to arrival. When you arrive in Bali, a visa on arrival will be issue to you for a fee of IDR 500.000 ($50)
Please note that the rules for visas often change and we are not liable for this. Your visa is your responsibility and we have no control or influence over these rules.
Personal Insurance, covering the time you will be in Indonesia plus any independent activities that you will be undertaking, as well as any planned travel to other countries.
After you have secured your place on Bali Takeover we advise getting travel insurance to cover any unexpected events resulting in you being unable to attend.
With our flexible booking policy we can move your trip date up to 1 year from your original departure date. If you did not wish to defer your place you can check out our T&C’s for all the applicable cancellation charges.
